Lake Country’s Fee Schedule

• Basic Monthly Service Rate: $3000-$4000 (depends on room choice)
• Levels of Care: $10-$50 per day based on nursing assessment
• Community fee
• Non-refundable deposit equal to one month’s rent
• Resident’s medication: Paid directly by resident

Assisted Living is the right choice for those who need assistance with daily living. What type of assistance? Getting dressed, managing medication, bathing, eating, and more. Our nurse will assess your needs and help you choose the services you need. Included in the monthly rate are three meals each day, 24-hour assistance, activities, housekeeping, linen service, room maintenance.

Lake Country Assisted Living is a boutique style residential care facility. We have 2 private suites including private bathrooms with handicap accessible showers, 2 private rooms with a shared bathroom, and 2 couples suites that can also be a semi-private suite. Pricing is based both upon room choice and resident care needs.
